Where do you ship?

We currently are shipping to all continental US states as well as PR and HI 

Can I pick up locally?

Yes! We are located in Garner, NC. If you opt for local pickup when you check out, we will send you a message to coordinate pickup (contactless at this time), as the greenhouse is in a residential area. There are no set pickup days and times, but please be prepared to pickup within 7 days of ordering. 

When do we ship?

Shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays UPS 3 day Select for orders for the continental US. For PR and HI we ship USPS Select Ground or Priority. If your order is placed after Wednesday, you can expect it to be shipped out the following Monday.

Do we ship in the winter?

Yes! We are happy to ship in the winter, but please be mindful of your local conditions. We package very carefully, however extreme temperatures can affect the plants during transit. Heat packs for transit are available for $5, so make you sure you add one if you are worried about the temps.

How are we practicing sustainability through our packing methods?

We are passionate when it comes to efforts to create a cleaner and healthier environment. Our packing methods involve using as little single-use packaging as possible, while still packing your plants safe and secure. You may notice that we use a mixed mash types of packaging, and it may not always look exactly the same. This is because we reuse packing supplies that we have either saved or had donated, with the exception of the box itself. 

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We have a 24 hour policy on refunds. If your plant is severely damaged when received, please immediately send us pictures and your order number to sabrina@captainbonnysplantery.com. Please note mild leaf damage can be common during transit, so we will not refund for a couple of yellow or damaged leaves. Don’t worry more will grow! This is for issues involving root rot, or other severe damage.
